Fix version release date, start date, status and count as Jira fields

Jira shows a version's release date on the Releases page, but you cannot search or sort work items by it. This Jira Cloud app keeps four read-only fields current on every work item so you can. Runs entirely inside Atlassian's infrastructure. No servers of ours, no analytics.

Status: built, deployed, and verified on a live Jira Cloud site. The Atlassian Marketplace listing is in review. This page will link to it the day it is live.

The four fields
