Resize many Figma image layers to one aspect ratio, cropped around what matters
Photos come in all shapes, but a card grid, gallery or thumbnail row needs one. Batch Aspect Crop resizes every selected image layer to the same aspect ratio and crops each image around the point you choose.
Status: live on Figma Community. One-time purchase, $9, paid through Figma.

What you can do
- Presets for 1:1, 4:3, 3:2, 16:9, 4:5, 3:4 and 9:16, or type any custom ratio
- Keep the width, the height, or the area of each layer
- Crop around the top, bottom, left, right, any corner or the centre
- Works on many layers at once, including images inside a selected frame
- Images are cropped, not stretched, so they stay sharp and undistorted
Good to know
- Layers are resized, so check the spacing of your layout afterwards.
- Cropped images use Figma's Crop mode, so the image panel shows "Crop".
- Rotated images are skipped and counted. Use Edit > Undo to go back after a crop.
Privacy
The plugin runs entirely inside your Figma file. It declares no network access in its manifest, so it cannot send anything anywhere: no servers, no analytics, no account. It does not store anything. Details in the privacy notice.
Pricing
$9 one time, sold and billed by Figma. Figma handles payment, receipts and refunds.
Works well with
Bulk Image Swap, which fills a grid with new photos first.
